Gossip
Union Hall Gallery, San Diego, California
April 4–26, 2026
Gossip was a group exhibition featuring seven San Diego-based artists working across photography, installation, sculpture, painting, ceramics, poetry, and multidisciplinary practices. Exploring themes of authenticity, vulnerability, and emotional expression, the exhibition reframed gossip as a space for honest dialogue, inviting artists and audiences to engage with the complexities of lived experience.
For this exhibition, I presented Erosion: El Camino Hacia Mi Montaña, a mixed-media installation exploring transformation, resilience, and the emotional landscapes shaped by memory and personal experience.

Drawing from Afrofuturist, Latinfuturist, and Chicanofuturist perspectives, the exhibition examined the relationship between ancestral knowledge, migration, and the possibilities of reimagining the future.
For this exhibition, I presented Entre Duelos y AlegrÃas Caminé Sobre las Piedras, a photographic work exploring memory, resilience, grief and the human condition of survival.
